Company Overview
The company was established in 1991 and is principally involved in the manufacturing of component parts for the air conditioning industry and specializing in the fabrication of a wide range of Copper Tube Components, Blowers & Fans and Heat Exchanger Coils.
Responsibilities:
- To manage & maintain a group of customer list assigned
- To ensure all quotations are profitable as per company policy
- To provide coil selection & technical support to customer
- To involve in project tendering
- To implement company’s sales policies & sales target
- To execute Sales & Marketing plans & promote good relationship with customer
- On time quotation to customers
- Monitor sales order from customer, follow up on drawing confirmation and feedback customer on delivery advice
- To work closely with Technical department, Material Control department to ensure the delivery on time to customer
- To follow up payment from customer according to terms of payment agreed
- To prepare necessary sales & forecast report for management
- Any other roles and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences in the Engineering field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering or HVACR industries
- Basic knowledge of engineering & manufacturing system with good hands on experience
- Good knowledge in manufacturing standards
- Basic understanding of ISO Quality System
- Full of initiative & work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Problem solving ability & decisive
- Team motivator
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm
