Accounts & Admin Assistant – Puchong, Selangor

The company’s core business are manufacturing, import & export of Air Filtration Products and related products. It is awarded an authorisation to distribute the leading brand of filter products and is also the sole distributor of another brand for South East Asia. Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounts
  • Handle daily accounting activities
  • To maintain the accounting records and comply with accounting standards
  • To update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least SPM
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting and admin
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
