The company is a one-stop solution total logistics service provider that provides clienteles with hassle-free experience when it comes to shipping or logistics matters.
Responsibilities:
- Represent company’s clientele on shipping and logistics matters
- Expedite import and export shipment matters.
- Expedite break bulk, container shipping, and inland logistics matters.
- Arrangement of shipping and inland logistics schedule matters.
- Custom clearance and liaison with custom departments.
- Ensure compliance of highest regard on documentation.
- Ensure compliance of highest regard on legal and custom’s ordinance.
- Ensure compliance of highest regard on meeting clientele service request.
- Meet deadlines, submissions, and schedule itinerary.
- Diligently conduct task or duty assigned (cautious).
- Diligently conduct documentation process (audit).
- Independently source for solutions on behalf of clientele.
- Independently liaise with clientele on providing logistics solutions.
- Independently expedite task and commit as a team member.
- Communicate with clientele, forwarding agents, and customs.
- Establish strong relationship with clientele and stakeholders alike
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Logistics related field.
- Minimum of language capacity and delivery in English (spoken and written).
- Preferably with two (2) years working experience under Operations of Logistics field.
- Willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
