Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for submitting customs declarations for import and export shipments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complies with customs regulations
  • To ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and laws, including tariff classifications, duty rates, and country of origin requirements
  • Responsible to communicate with various party including shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies, to ensure that all required documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • To maintain accurate records of all transactions related to customs declarations, including documentation, payment receipts, and other relevant information
  • To work with other departments and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to customs declarations, such as shipment delays, rejections, or compliance violations
  • To stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and laws and identify opportunities to improve processes related to customs declarations

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM
  • Friendly and able to work as a team
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang
