Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business clients, generate new prospects, and identify new channels, collaboration partners & business opportunities for improving business growth.
- Responsible for assisting the Head of Business Development in business strategies, preparation, presentation, negotiation, and following up on business proposals.
- To cultivate a strong relationship with Company’s business partners and sales channels to ensure effective and efficient business operations.
- Meet with the business objective and ensure the development of qualified inquiries.
- Ongoing relationship development.
- Research new market opportunities. Generate leads, set up appointments and prepare the business proposal.
- Drive business growth & achieve revenue targets set by the company.
- Have a good understanding of the company products and develop innovative concepts/strategies to promote the products to potential prospects.
- Convert brand strategy into trade strategy and strengthen brand appearance at the trade for both online & offline channels.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with no less than 2 years of sales/marketing experience.
- Fresh grads with good attitude will also be considered.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities.
- Ability to manage, inspire and lead a team and effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgments, and prioritise workloads as well as capacity for teamwork in a pressured and busy environment with multiple projects running at one time.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent presentation skill.
- Solution focus, a positive mindset, results-oriented, creative, fast learner, and team player.
- Possess own transport.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Basic salary with attractive sales incentives.
- Willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
