The company is a professional firm that provides corporate secretarial services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist client in incorporate a company, advice client on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure and law compliance matters
- To assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents
- To assist to prepare statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers
- Able to liaise with SSM officer, banker and lawyer whenever necessary
- Handle correspondence related to secretarial matters
- To undertake other administrative work as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, fresh grads will also be considered
- Able to handle duties with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage
- Ability to read Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Required skills: Microsoft Words and Excel
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Bandar Botanic, Klang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
