Data Entry Clerk – Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Its expertise includes – Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance and Warehousing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to open job in the system and ensuring all necessary documentation are prepare including commercial invoice, bill of lading, and other necessary paperwork
  • To communicate with shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies, to ensure that all required documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • To maintain accurate records of all transactions related to import and export documentation, including documentation, payment receipts, and other relevant information
  • Work with other departments and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to import and export documentations
  • To work closely with customers to ensure that their shipments are processed efficiently and effectively and provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation
  • Responsible to ensure all documentations are completed before job closing

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in Bukit Tinggi, Klang
