Project Admin Coordinator – Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project team on admin work
  • To assist in daily project administrative tasks which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • Responsible for any assigned general tasks
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
