Responsibilities:
- Assist project team on admin work
- To assist in daily project administrative tasks which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
- Responsible for any assigned general tasks
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
