Company Overview
The company is a licensed Audit & Secretarial Firm that offers a broad range of corporate services including accounting, audit, internal audit, taxation, secretarial, and HR payroll services to small and medium enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system and maintain detailed records of financial activities.
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist in generating and sending invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records and investigate any discrepancies.
- Review and process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including organizing and filing documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to queries.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Certificate in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to communicate well
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting software
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
