Accounts Assistant – Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Company Overview

The company is a licensed Audit & Secretarial Firm that offers a broad range of corporate services including accounting, audit, internal audit, taxation, secretarial, and HR payroll services to small and medium enterprises.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system and maintain detailed records of financial activities.
  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Assist in generating and sending invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements with company records and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Review and process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including organizing and filing documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to queries.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Certificate in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and able to communicate well
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting software
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
