Company Overview
The company is a licensed Audit & Secretarial Firm that offers a broad range of corporate services including accounting, audit, internal audit, taxation, secretarial, and HR payroll services to small and medium enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents
- To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers
- To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submit accordingly
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration or Professional Qualification or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and team player
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
