The company is an established Accounting and Company Secretarial firm.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents.
- To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM.
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
- To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submit accordingly.
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration or Professional Qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in company secretarial firm.
- Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, MYCOID and MBRS system and Superior Comsec (an added advantage).
- Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
