Responsibilities:
- Propose, analyze, and strategize operations division performance to support the business needs of the company.
- Plan and focus on improving working processes within the operations division to minimize workflow inefficiencies and resource wastage.
- Manage the operational structure and resolve operational issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the performance of the operations division.
- Prepare operational performance reports and analyze the overall activities of the operations division functions.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably with managerial experience.
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang.
