Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share within assigned key accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, including Trading Buyers and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
- Utilize sales data analysis, monitor competitor activities, and stay abreast of market trends to optimize product assortment and promotional strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of agreements to drive profitable growth and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Prepare and present monthly reports, forecasts, and insights to management on account performance and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management within pharmacy / health & beauty channels
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving growth within key accounts
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- 5-days work week
- Office is based in Subang Jaya
