Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT devices, equipment, and software to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support operational system issues by collaborating with system providers to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Serve as the first line of technical support for IT-related issues, assisting users in troubleshooting and resolving their concerns.
- Monitor and update all software license requirements to ensure compliance and avoid potential legal issues.
- Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment, ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software assets.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and hardware management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm.
