Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

• Responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote customer retention.<\/li>\n
• Leads and manages the marketing team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team achieves its goals and objectives.<\/li>\n
• Oversees the marketing budget, allocates resources effectively, and ensures that marketing initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.<\/li>\n
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess market trends, and monitor competitor activities.<\/li>\n
• Oversees digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and other online marketing strategies to drive online presence and generate leads.<\/li>\n
• Works closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, drive lead generation, and support overall revenue goals.<\/li>\n
• Tracks and analyzes key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n
• Stays updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve the organization’s marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<\/li>\n
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams<\/li>\n
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities<\/li>\n
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
