Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.<\/li>\n
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).<\/li>\n
• Assist to manage products portfolio<\/li>\n
• Manage digital marketing platforms for branding & promotion<\/li>\n
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth<\/li>\n
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning<\/li>\n
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize results.<\/li>\n
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing marketing strategies<\/li>\n
• Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams<\/li>\n
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities<\/li>\n
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights<\/li>\n
  • Languages:\u00a0 English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work at Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
