Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Assist client in incorporate a company, advice client on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure and law compliance matters<\/li>\n
• To assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents<\/li>\n
• To assist to prepare statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals<\/li>\n
• To maintain and update secretarial records and registers<\/li>\n
• Able to liaise with SSM officer, banker and lawyer whenever necessary<\/li>\n
• Handle correspondence related to secretarial matters<\/li>\n
• To undertake other administrative work as and when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Candidates with Diploma\/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n
  • Candidates with minimum 2 years\u2019 experience preferred, fresh grads will also be considered<\/li>\n
  • Able to handle duties with minimum supervision<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Ability to read Mandarin will be an added advantage<\/li>\n
  • Required skills: Microsoft Words and Excel<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Bandar Botanic, Klang<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
