Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout projects<\/li>\n
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to quantity surveying activities<\/li>\n
• Able to work on-site construction<\/li>\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in estimation, billing, quantity take-off, and interpreting technical drawings<\/li>\n
• Execute tasks assigned by superiors or management in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying<\/li>\n
  • Proactive, committed, and able to perform under pressure<\/li>\n
  • Strong initiative and capability to work independently<\/li>\n
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications<\/li>\n
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor<\/li>\n
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
