The company is a licensed Audit & Secretarial Firm that offers a broad range of corporate services including accounting, audit, internal audit, taxation, secretarial, and HR payroll services to small and medium enterprises.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents<\/li>\n
• To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM<\/li>\n
• To maintain and update secretarial records and registers<\/li>\n
• To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submit accordingly<\/li>\n
• To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma\/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration or Professional Qualification or equivalent<\/li>\n
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n
  • Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and team player<\/li>\n
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
