The company is an established Accounting and Company Secretarial firm.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents.<\/li>\n
• To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM.<\/li>\n
• To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.<\/li>\n
• To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submit accordingly.<\/li>\n
• To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma\/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration or Professional Qualification or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in company secretarial firm.<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, MYCOID and MBRS system and Superior Comsec (an added advantage).<\/li>\n
  • Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and team player.<\/li>\n
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
