Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on service standards and best practices.<\/li>\n
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.<\/li>\n
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Support in maintaining health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.<\/li>\n
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and special functions.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and service flow.<\/li>\n
• Help with scheduling and staff management to optimize team performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles<\/li>\n
  • Candidates will be offered a chance to undergo training with an internationally acclaimed chef who owns a Michelin Star restaurant in Thailand.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.<\/li>\n
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.<\/li>\n
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work in Georgetown, Penang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
