Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Propose, analyze, and strategize operations division performance to support the business needs of the company.<\/li>\n
• Plan and focus on improving working processes within the operations division to minimize workflow inefficiencies and resource wastage.<\/li>\n
• Manage the operational structure and resolve operational issues.<\/li>\n
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the performance of the operations division.<\/li>\n
• Prepare operational performance reports and analyze the overall activities of the operations division functions.<\/li>\n
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Minimum diploma in Business or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably with managerial experience.<\/li>\n
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
