Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share within assigned key accounts.<\/li>\n
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, including Trading Buyers and decision-makers within assigned accounts.<\/li>\n
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.<\/li>\n
• Utilize sales data analysis, monitor competitor activities, and stay abreast of market trends to optimize product assortment and promotional strategies.<\/li>\n
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of agreements to drive profitable growth and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and present monthly reports, forecasts, and insights to management on account performance and market dynamics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management within pharmacy \/ health & beauty channels<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving growth within key accounts<\/li>\n
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia<\/li>\n
  • 5-days work week<\/li>\n
  • Office is based in Subang Jaya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
