Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• To carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on site progress claim<\/li>\n
• To assist in site coordination and site overall delivery.<\/li>\n
• To request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers, analyze and prepare tendered evaluation report.<\/li>\n
• To assist in company project tender exercise including costing.<\/li>\n
• To determine quantity for site measurement and taking off.<\/li>\n
• To prepare monthly claim report and assist contract manager.<\/li>\n
• To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget.<\/li>\n
• To value completed work and prepare document for handover purpose.<\/li>\n
• To understand special assignment, adhoc function and related duties when required.<\/li>\n
• Perform any other tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor\u2019s degree, professional degree in quantity survey or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in related industry.<\/li>\n
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task<\/li>\n
  • Able to lead, initiative and independent<\/li>\n
  • Good negotiation skills<\/li>\n
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.<\/li>\n
  • Possess own transport.<\/li>\n
  • Able to work under fast paced working environment<\/li>\n
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)<\/li>\n
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
