Company Overview
The company supplies welding gas, hardware accessories, welding machine, medical gas, customize gas, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their enquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Attend to indoor sales
- Maintain office supplies
- Any other ad-hoc tasks by management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word and SQL software
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
