Admin Assistant – Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Company Overview

The company supplies welding gas, hardware accessories, welding machine, medical gas, customize gas, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their enquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Attend to indoor sales
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks by management

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word and SQL software
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
