Operations Manager – Seksyen U8, Shah Alam

Company Overview

The company started as a roadside dessert stall in Penang in the year 1936 and has now grown to own more than 20 retail outlets all over Malaysia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain F&B outlet business continuity strategies, policies, and guidelines
  • Monitor and establish a financial budget and plans
  • Develop outlet managers and high potential employees through organizational talent capability review
  • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships in food and beverage industry
  • Lead outlet managers to develop organizational and governance strategies
  • Review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
  • Collate and disseminate food safety alerts when appropriate and be responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with the group health and safety policy
  • Oversee revenue and expenditure management
  • Oversee and manage the F&B outlets’ Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target
  • Perform any tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years or more experience in operation managerial role in Food and Beverage industry
  • Prior working experience in outlets management
  • Possess own transport
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Seksyen U8, Shah Alam, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
