Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Drive brand communications and experiences covering key touchpoints online, in-store and on ground
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of objective and outcomes
- Track key performance metrics and analyse product performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya
