The company’s core businesses include car painting, train painting, building painting, renovation/interior design for 7 eleven, my news, sub way, A&W, etc, and renovation projects from government.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly payroll, foreign workers salary, OT, statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
- Perform HR related matters such as drafting letters, monitor employee daily attendance, assist in recruitments
- Maintain an effective filling system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation
- Keep up to date with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others for clarification on regulations and procedure
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding emails, processing mail, general filling and etc
- Servicing client with regular contacts as to obtain and provide relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ HR experience
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to communicate well
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized payroll software
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
