HR Cum Admin Executive – Batu Caves, Selangor

Company Overview

The company’s core businesses include car painting, train painting, building painting, renovation/interior design for 7 eleven, my news, sub way, A&W, etc, and renovation projects from government.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll, foreign workers salary, OT, statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
  • Perform HR related matters such as drafting letters, monitor employee daily attendance, assist in recruitments
  • Maintain an effective filling system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation
  • Keep up to date with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others for clarification on regulations and procedure
  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding emails, processing mail, general filling and etc
  • Servicing client with regular contacts as to obtain and provide relevant documents.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ HR experience
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and able to communicate well
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized payroll software
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
