Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Actively promote our range of medical devices and healthcare products, driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods to our clients, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage with the market to identify potential opportunities for new products, analyzing trends and customer feedback to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Work closely with our R&D and product management teams, providing market insights to aid in the creation of new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, operations, or a related role within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Preferred: Qualification as a Nurse with experience working in Operating Theatre (OT) and/or Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in the areas of medical devices and healthcare products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- 5-days work week.
- Willing to work in Klang, Selangor
