Sales Executive – Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To attend, service, promote and to specify company’s products during design stage to specific group such as project owner, developer, architect, M&E Engineer, Consultants, Government section and etc.
  • Maximize customer/prospect coverage by meeting, presentation and mock up/demo with customer to raise branding awareness.
  • Maintain good relationship by identifying clients’ need and develop appropriate product strategy to meet their needs.
  • To assist Sales Manager by planning, executing, monitoring and ensuring the targeted projects are specified with products in the Bill of Quantities (BQ).
  • Responsible for proposals preparation, provide product related solutions and information.
  • Promote company’s products by introducing new offerings, enhancing the visibility of existing products, and overseeing projects to ensure compliance with specifications. This approach aims to achieve budgeted sales targets and enhance market share.
  • To offer consultation services to clients while adhering to deadlines and meeting their requirements.
  • To ensure close follow up on the existing and/or new project or market information and necessary update in the project status.
  • Gather market intelligence for the Sales Manager by making close monitoring of market movement.
  • Liaise with clients on all the technical aspects of projects.
  • Able to meet target and capable to work independently with end users and applicators.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Business/Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior working experience with Construction industry / Consultancy firm is essential
  • Good knowledge of Architecture/ M&E Engineering or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Experience in HVAC sector will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skill, result driven and proactive quality.
  • Frequent travel may be necessary, and candidates should possess the ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
