The company is a logistics service provider, based in Malaysia since 2011, specializes in comprehensive freight forwarding solutions, including air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks, etc.
- To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
- To perform general clerical tasks & duties.
- Responsible for any assigned general job.
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill.
- Able to work independently.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
