Accounts & Admin Assistant – Puchong, Selangor

Company Overview

The company is a manufacturer based in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in air filtration products, including ceiling filters and air cartridge dust collectors. The company has built a strong reputation in the industry, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions for industrial applications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue billing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare purchase order, sales order, delivery order, and other trade-related documents.
  • Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
  • Process goods exchange, returned, write-off and issue credit notes wherever applicable
  • To update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
