The company is a manufacturer based in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in air filtration products, including ceiling filters and air cartridge dust collectors. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue billing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare purchase order, sales order, delivery order, and other trade-related documents.
- Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Process goods exchange, returned, write-off and issue credit notes wherever applicable
- To update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
