The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.
Responsibilities:
- Create local and export invoices using the e-invoice system.
- Familiarize with customs documentation to ensure compliance.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Generate on-the-spot invoices for customers based on “Just In Time Delivery” requirements.
- Plan and schedule lorry logistics for exports.
- Handle container bookings and arrangements for shipments.
- Manage relationships with up to 10 customers (both local and export).
- Perform ad hoc tasks and urgent duties as required.
- Conduct checks on parts in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in a customer service or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must have own transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons (March to August).
- Willingness to work overtime on weekdays, public holidays, and Sundays as necessary (Compulsory).
- Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm.
