Company Overview
The company’s core business is in manufacturing and import & export of Air Filtration Products. It is the sole distributor for South East Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead negotiations, create tailored proposals, and close sales in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the superior and other relevant reporting lines.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.
- Ensure seamless transition of client’s post-sale by addressing concerns or issues and ensuring satisfaction with the service/product provided.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and persuade effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong ability to negotiate deals, manage objections, and close sales effectively.
- Proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
