Human Resource Executive – Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Company Overview

This premium car detailing company operates outlets in Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur, serving both individual customers and luxury car brands. It offers comprehensive vehicle care with customer-friendly amenities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall HR administration, recruitment and operations
  • Assist in sourcing, screening candidates, schedule interviews and onboarding
  • Process monthly payroll including overtime and allowances
  • Assist in submission of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp)
  • Assist in managing disciplinary issues and liaise with labour office when required
  • Generate monthly reports for payroll, statutory, headcount, or any ad-hoc reports required by management
  • Assist in issuance of all HR related to employees
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records
  • Process grants application and claims in HR Corp
  • Attend enquiries from employees related to payroll, leave and claims
  • Update new hires, confirmation and resignation records
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentially of HR files and record

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource.
  • Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm.
