Responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues with products through diagnostic tests and problem-solving.
- Maintaining detailed records of product testing results, troubleshooting procedures, and any modifications made
- Working closely with product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements
- Ensuring that products meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and presenting reports on product testing results, issues identified, and recommendations for improvements to management or relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer electronics or furniture manufacturing. Candidates with experience with massage chairs or similar products is advantageous.
- Candidate will be given training in China
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Sungai Buloh
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
