Accounts Executive – Batu Caves, Selangor

Company Overview

The company’s core businesses include car painting, train painting, building painting, renovation/interior design for 7 eleven, my news, sub way, A&W, etc, and renovation projects from government.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, and GL functions.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of materials and supplies used in projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, analyzing expenses to ensure budget adherence and profitability.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for financial audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
  • Handle daily finance and accounting operations, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Undertake any specific tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player and able to communicate well.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting software.
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
