Responsibilities:
- Get direction from the Executive Director/HR about the positions, contribute actively in planning the recruitment cycle of such new requirements.
- Participates in planning and implementing various employee relations and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist in negotiating rates for group health insurance coverage, workers compensation and disability insurance are core responsibilities of HR.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Specific tasks that HR handles include administering the compensation plan and ensuring there’s pay equity throughout the workforce.
- Update attendance and absent (Weekly/monthly/yearly).
- Update annual leave.
- Arrange, monitoring and renew license (MPK/Kastam/MIDA, MOF, etc).
- Filing and monitoring company agreement and certificate.
- Order and monitoring office supplies/stationery.
- Calculate & Compile OT.
- Update monthly cost (medical, stationeries, service, etc).
- Monitor & order company T-shirt/calendar/lanyard.
- To records any grievances or disciplinary action that may arise in relation to any employee.
- Ensure all related ISO doc/activities are implemented effectively.
- Selection of Vendor/Suppliers and evaluate the process.
- Assist in Obtain / Evaluate Quotations.
- Assist in Review and evaluate the potential Vendor/Suppliers.
- Issuance of Purchase Order (PO).
- Assist in reviewing the process of Data Analysis for Vendor Performance Evaluation.
- Monitoring of services received.
- Receive and sort letters and packages in/out from office.
- Answer telephone calls, relay message and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Greet guest/s entering organization and direct guest/s to the correct person.
- Ensure & acknowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ HR experience.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player and able to communicate well.
- Good personality with good command in English.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm.
