Admin Clerk – Bandar Puteri, Klang

Company Overview

The company is a logistics service provider, based in Malaysia since 2011, specializes in comprehensive freight forwarding solutions, including air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and transportation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks, etc.
  • To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters.
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
  • To perform general clerical tasks & duties.
  • Responsible for any assigned general job.
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Klang.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
