Company Overview
The company’s core business is in manufacturing and import & export of Air Filtration Products. It is the sole distributor for South East Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in analyzing data to help create targeted marketing strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform campaigns.
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Help design graphics or videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update content calendars for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
- Support email marketing efforts (building lists, drafting newsletters, etc.).
- Help manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads).
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and customer inquiries.
- Help grow the company’s online presence and follower base.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, such as booking venues, managing attendee lists, and preparing event materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing files, budgets, and campaign schedules.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with external vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Take on special projects as required to assist the broader marketing department.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and new tools/technologies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and branding.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
