Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize META Ads to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Analyze performance data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to refine strategies.
- Support advertising video production by proposing content ideas based on data dashboard.
- Oversee brand online store, ensuring efficient ad spend and sales growth.
- Plan and execute monthly promo activities across the full-stack of digital marketing channels (META, Shopify website, Email Marketing)
- Track digital health metrics (ad spend, conversion rates, and customer behavior) using Shopify analytics and Google Analytics.
- Present monthly performance reports on Company’s Online Store & META Ads to the management team.
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok conversion) and automation tools to improve acquisition and retention.
- Support expansion into SEA markets through market research and digital strategy.
- Be curious and stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes, advising on new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in performance marketing or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Shopify analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and automation platforms (added advantage).
- Experience in consumer goods or skincare is a plus.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
