Sales and Marketing Manager – Shah Alam, Selangor

Company Overview

The company is one of the largest total logistics service providers in the Asia-Pacific region, growing from a mere transportation business to one that provides total logistics solutions, including warehousing, customs brokerage, cold room facilities, express delivery as well as crane and heavy transport services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Convert prospects into customers by presenting value-driven sales proposals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Identify and recommend new business opportunities for existing customers to increase sales volume.
  • Follow up on customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Maintain a strict follow-up schedule to minimize outstanding balances.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years or more working experience in logistics-related sales.
  • Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, solid communication, and analytical skills.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
