Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and efficiency. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the logistics management team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. This includes long-term planning for capacity, resources, and technology.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training opportunities.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Ensure that all logistics activities are aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
- Certification/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures for Warehouse, Supply Chain.
- Knowledge on routing and transport network optimization.
- Ability to handle a group of subordinates as well as co-workers.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Pandan Indah Industrial Park, Kuala Lumpur.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm.
