General Clerk – Klang, Selangor

Company Overview

The company is a well-established professional service provider, offering a range of services including company secretarial and consultancy services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate records and data in electronic or physical formats
  • Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
  • File documents, both physical and digital, in a structured manner.
  • Assist with maintaining filing systems.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and correspondence promptly
  • To submit documents to SSM.
  • Other duties as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Klang, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
