Customer Service Ambassador – Glenmarie, Shah Alam

This premium car detailing company operates outlets in Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur, serving both individual customers and luxury car brands. It offers comprehensive vehicle care with customer-friendly amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to enquiries from customers by tele-conversation or walk in customers.
  • Provide customers and service information.
  • Sell services and products to walk in customers.
  • Make follow up calls with customers and remind them that it is time for their car detailing services.
  • Send SMS to customers on their balance packages.
  • Prepare sales reports and related clerical duties.
  • Keep records of customers.
  • Inform operation supervisor of outside jobs to arrange for deployment.
  • Update customers on job progress.
  • Arrange appointments with customers.
  • Give all relevant documents to Accounts department for processing.
  • Collect payment from customer.
  • Advise customer on detailing needs.
  • Advise customer on delivery time.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Malaysian with positive attitude and minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fast learner and a team player.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm; Saturday 10.00am to 7.00pm.
