Responsibilities: Listen to client’s query, organize and provide timely solution Setup, installing and configuring software Provide software consultation to customer’s business flow Provide technical support after sales (team work) Study and understand new software function (team work) Any other ad-hoc tasks by management   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent Preferably with
