Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring workers' performance to ensure high productivity.
- Set up for a packing schedule according to priority to get works to be done.
- Ensure report presented by the workers is accurate and on time.
- Able to allot daily tasks and conducting performance appraisals.
- In charge of deflecting all labor trouble and legal problems that may arise during the course of work i.e. which employees work in a safe, healthy and clean environment.
- Perform employee motivation to ensure team work to reach the optimal level desired by the company.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: At a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics operations is required. Experience in a supervisory or lead role is a significant advantage. Familiarity with the specific industry in which the packing is performed (e.g., manufacturing, e-commerce, retail) is beneficial.
- Leadership and Management: The Packing Supervisor must have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate packing personnel effectively.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to organize and prioritize packing tasks, including scheduling, packing materials, and quality control, is essential.
- Quality Control: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality packing standards are crucial.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for providing instructions to the packing team and reporting to higher management.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve packing-related issues, such as damaged products or inefficient processes, is important.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with packing machinery and equipment, as well as the use of warehouse management systems and inventory software, is often required.
- Safety Awareness: A commitment to safety protocols and ensuring that all packing activities comply with safety regulations is vital.
- Teamwork: Should foster a collaborative environment, working closely with other departments such as production, logistics, and quality control.

- Working Hours: 2 shifts (Monday to Saturday), S1: 7.00am to 7.00pm, S2: 7.00pm to 7.00am.
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang, Selangor.
