Responsibilities
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional event & campaigns.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media broadcasting & etc.).
- Any ad hoc duties or tasks that assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market analysis, and brand management, with proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and guide a team.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm; Saturday (alternate), 9.00am to 1.00pm.
- Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
