About the Company

The company provides a wide range of total logistics services in Malaysia, including freight forwarding, customs declarations, clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution, removal and packaging, special project cargo handling, and trading services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation and shipment tracking
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents in compliance with regulations
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update relevant reports
  • Support the team in daily logistics planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in total logistics roles with exposure in end-to-end import and export operations
  • SPM, Diploma; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
