Responsibilities
- Machine Setup and Troubleshooting: Set up, adjust, troubleshoot and process of all blow moulding operations.
- Mould Maintenance and Cleaning: Cleaning and polishing mould and related spare parts.
- Mold Adjustment and Configuration: Make appropriate mould adjustments.
- Mould and Machine Care & Inspection: Responsible for proper care of moulds and machines, and inspects moulds during and after installation.
- Preventive Maintenance Monitoring: Responsible for checking periodically for maintenance problems on machines.
- Machine Operation and Quality Control: Operates blow mould machinery and ensures through constant observation and routine inspections that high quality product is being produced.
- Additional Duties: Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 1 years in plastic blowing, injection moulding, or related manufacturing role.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of blowing processes and machine operations.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Working Hours: 2 Shifts (Day/Night), 7.00am to 7.00pm / 7.00pm to 7.00am.
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang, Selangor.
